GO-TO GROUP

For driven Facebook group owners who are ready to stop being just another voice in the feed and create the go-to community the world can't stop talking about.

Go-To Group is a mastermind for the Facebook group owner who knows that strategy alone isn't what's holding them back...

... it's that they haven't fully stepped into the identity of the leader their community needs them to be.

Because signing clients consistently, building a group people rave about, and becoming the name people drop when someone asks "who should I work with?"

... that doesn't come from a better posting schedule. It comes from becoming someone whose leadership is undeniable.

You already know how to run a Facebook group... So why isn't it working?

You're showing up. You're posting. You're going live. You're engaging with your members and you genuinely love what you do.

But your group isn't converting the way it should. Members aren't sliding into your DMs asking how to work with you. People are lurking but not buying. And you're starting to wonder if maybe you're just not cut out for this.

You've tried the strategies. The challenges. The content calendars. The "post three times a week and go live on Tuesdays" advice. And while you've seen some results — it's not consistent. It's not predictable. And it's definitely not sustainable.

And you're freaking tired.

Here's the truth nobody's saying out loud:

The most sought-after experts in your space aren't winning because they found a better strategy.

They're winning because when they show up in their group, people feel it. There's a standard. There's a tone. There's a presence that makes members think "I need to be in her paid space. Whatever she's offering, I want it."

That's not a strategy you can copy-paste. That's a leader you have to become.

And that's exactly what we work on inside Go-To Group.

Inside Go-To Group, you will:

Stop giving yourself away for free and start leading your community in a way that makes your expertise feel undeniably worth paying for — without being salesy or pushy about it

Develop the kind of leadership presence that makes people want to be in every space you occupy so that your group becomes your most powerful sales tool rather than another thing on your to-do list

Build a community culture so intentional that new members can feel the standard the moment they join and your group becomes a place that has a life of its own and also feeds you sales every single week

Step into full ownership of your business results so that when the algorithm changes or a launch falls flat, your response is "what am I going to do about it?" instead of spiraling at 2am and panic closing your Facebook group

Become the go-to name in your niche so consistently that people are referring their friends, their audience, and their clients straight to your Facebook group. We're growing an audience of hot, ready-to-buy leads

"You are the beginning of 'Always'..."

My marching band director said it to us over and over again.

I was 14, part of the very first graduating class at a brand new high school, somehow already on the marching band leadership team. The first year was a rough year competition wise. We were young and so inexperienced (no seniors with years of practice to carry the weight for us) so we weren't very successful.

It was our last competition of the season, and we missed out on heading to the state championship by 1 point. We were devastated and wanted to go home early instead of staying to play our show one final time and accept our award. Our director gathered us around and gave us a speech and (no lie, this made me tear up as I wrote it down over 15 years later) this is what he said:

"Years from now, people will say 'well, that's just how we've always done it.' That band? They always give it their all. They always win humbly and accept defeat gracefully. They always look like they're having fun.

But always? Always is happening right now. What you do right here, in this stadium, today — that becomes always. We can go home early, or we can stay and give the best performance of the night because that's what we always do"

Chills? yeah. me too.

We were the ones setting the standard. Not for that year. For every year that came after us.

That first year, our show was called Remembered — honouring the fallen soldier our school was named after, but also asking the question that defined everything:

how long does it take to be remembered?

(our answer? 7 minutes and 20 seconds, because that was how long our show was. I still have the t-shirt in all it's crumpled, quilted glory to prove it!)

We didn't have a reputation yet. No guide to follow. Nobody to tell us what to do or how to lead oruselves. So we decided to build one through how we carried ourselves — on the field, in rehearsal, in the moments nobody was watching. We defined a standard. We set a tone. And it outlasted us.

Years later, I went back for a visit and a student I'd never met recognised me. "You were here in the first year!" he said. "I saw you in the newspaper and I wanted to be like you!" He was one of the band leaders now responsible for guiding his peers, just like I was.

The culture we created had become their always.

This story is true for you too as you establish your Facebook group.

The way you show up today is teaching your members what to expect from you. The standard you hold — or don't — is becoming the culture of your group. The tone you set right now is shaping whether people see you as someone worth following for free or someone worth paying to get closer to.

The group owners who become truly go-to in their niche understand this. They're not just thinking about today's content or this month's sales. They're thinking about the leader they're becoming — because they know that what they do right now determines what their group will always be known for.

That's what we work on inside Go-To Group.

Not just strategy.

Identity. Leadership. The standard you're setting.

That's what we work on inside Go-To Group. Because the go-to expert doesn't chase clients or beg for sales. She becomes someone her community can't afford not to pay.

You are the beginning of always. Let's make it count.

This mastermind is for you if you:

  • Already have a Facebook group you show up for but know there's a whole other level you haven't reached yet

  • Are done treating your group like it's "just another place to post content" and you're ready to lead it like the community asset it actually is

  • Want to be the name that comes up first when someone in your niche asks who the expert is

  • Are ready to stop giving yourself away for free and start being seen as someone whose expertise is worth paying for

  • When things get hard — a slow month, a failed launch, a plateau — your instinct is to figure it out, not give up

  • Value being in a room with other business owners who are all in on their Facebook groups because you know the people around you shape who you become

What we'll do together in the mastermind:

Leadership

This is the whole thing. The piece that makes everything else work. How you hold yourself — through the wins, the slow months, the algorithm chaos, the moments when it feels like nothing is working — sets the tone for everything your community believes about you. We work on this as much as everything else.

Things we'll look at:

— The identity shift from "group owner" to "community leader"

— Showing up with authority even when you don't feel like it

— Making decisions from a place of ownership, not fear

Culture

The go-to experts have groups that feel different. The tone, the content, the way members interact — it all signals that this is a space worth being in and a leader worth paying. We design that culture on purpose.

Things we'll look at:

— Content strategy that builds authority and trust

— How to set the standard in your group from day one

— Creating a community vibe that converts lurkers into buyers

Growth

You can't become the go-to if nobody knows you exist. We work on building a steady stream of the right people into your group — members who are already primed to become clients, not just lurkers collecting free content.

Things we'll look at:

— Strategic growth events that attract your ideal client

— Optimising your growth process for consistency

— Visibility that positions you as the expert before people even join

Sales

Becoming the go-to expert means people come to you ready to buy — but only if your sales strategy is set up to meet them there. We build a sales approach that fits your offer, your personality, and your group so you're not white-knuckling every launch.

Things we'll look at:

— Designing your offer to be the obvious choice in your niche

— A sales strategy that works with your group, not against it

— How to sell inside your community without it feeling gross
